I had bilateral open inguinal hernia repair 3 weeks ago. Still sore and gets painful when I stand etc. pain migrates quite low. .. Labia. How long can this last. And on day 4 post surgery I stretched my back. Could I have caused this long recovery? Most literature says it's good to move around.
